Why does Outlook keep asking for password?

When the User identification settings in Outlook (configured with an Exchange account) are activated, it demands login credentials on a regular basis. You must deactivate this setting to get rid of the Outlook keeps asking for password issue.

Go to File >> Account Settings >> Account Settings in Outlook.
Change the Exchange account by selecting it and clicking the Change button.
Select More Settings from the new dialogue box.
Uncheck Always prompt for login credentials in the Microsoft Exchange dialogue box's Security tab.
